Problem being it would need removing more than the skin to do that, both cavernous and spongious bodies of the shaft would have to be removed, and their attach to the public bone as well, to stitch the glans to the body

I saw the pics on Reddit when he has this done - none of the internal structures of his penis were removed

Except that usually such botched circ are done in infancy and the structures'growth is limited by the contraints, on fully developed structure, it's a challenge which is likely to cause urinary issues, penile fracture, or peritonitis on the long run.

Logical that could do step by step. And its erection stretch the pubic, maybe slowly should ask an other appointment. 

I recall he wrote on reddit that he regretted it, as he had to get an emergency surgery, using skin from his thigh to fix things after one of the operations went wrong. 
Its quite extreme, but I find the result very unique and interesting. Hope he finds peace in it.

Yes, I remember him!  Have seen a few videos and pics of the results and chatted to him on twitter and reddit a while back before he deleted his accounts for the abuse he was getting. He’s Australian and last thing I heard was that he’d had a very radical one in Thailand, but it stretched and so he was going to India for it to be redone (that must be the first pic you showed)

That may well be possible. Those pics are definitely a couple of years old at this point.

Some combinations of words inpart a feeling of judgment, even when there is no judgement meant, as I am sure is the case with you but..... Does it matter?   IMHO if it is not something imposed on someone then the "why" is a personal thing maybe even private.   It is fine to ask "May I ask why?"  without judgment.  It's also fine to say "Not for me." again this is without judgment.

Body dysmorphia, as a driving force for extreme body moding.  Is a very limited way of looking at things.  Yes I am sure it is "A" reason but I can not say it is "THE" reason.   The one thing that is clear by being a member of a group like this is:  There are as many reasons for doing something as there are people who do it.  Also often the reason changes over time.  It might start with the look and end at some other reason.  Often for reasons others would not want for them self's.  Like with circumcision some just like the look of a style of circumcision others are looking for a circumcision that makes it hard or even painful to do some basic thing like masturbation or even in the most extream forms we have seen to make it hard or imposable to have penatrive sex.  I am sure there are many other reasons.

Strangely, although i recognise how a circumcision like this would seriously impact a huge aspect of your sexual life and experience and i wouldnt go and do it to myself, i find the idea of someone doing this to me a huge turn on. Like guys who have forced circ fantasies, to have this done to me is the same sort of idea.

I just wanted to sk whether anybody heard that with circumcision made sack correction as well, made it more tight. (Sack tightening? Or I do not knw wht would be the correct action name. How common could it be?)
